We have identified issues with several areas in our platform. SMS Delays, Call Failures, Sub-account creation, Conversations(SMS/Calls), Contacts(SMS/Calls), Login via SMS, Onboarding issues. Multiple areas are impacted due to underlying issues with the Cloud providers.

The issue has been fully resolved for most of the sub-accounts, and lead and message syncing has resumed. To recover any missed leads, users can perform a manual sync by navigating to: Facebook Card → Three-dot Menu → Troubleshoot → Sync Leads (15/30 days)
We are noticing improvements for most of the sub-accounts. Team is still working on the fixes for remaining sub-accounts.
